High Season:
From 16 Dec to 15 Apr&
from 1 Jul - 31 Aug

MONTHLY GUESTS ARE WELCOME. RATES VARY
FROM $1870 TO $2590 (LOW/HIGH SEASON)

+$10/adult/night will be applied for more than 2 adults
(unless family member).

For less than 30 days tax rate: 13.98%
For longer staying: 4.712%
$80 for a one time cleaning fee

A Security Deposit of $200 or a week (depending on the length of the stay) is required at check in.

Reservation Policy

  1. Once you have checked the above availability.
  2. Contact us to confirm your request.
  3. We will send you via email or fax a pre-authorized reservation.
  4. Complete the form/reservation
  5. You will then fax or email back the form to us with required documentation listed on the form.
  6. We then process the down payment required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance will be processed at check-in.
    (more information will be provided once you cantact us)

 

Restrictions

  • No pets and no smoking, sorry.
  • Tenants must be over 25 years old or unless part of a family.

 

 


Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund of the down payment, less PayPal processing fees, will be made on reservations cancelled before 30 days from the first day of arrival.
  • In case a cancellation will be received without proper notice, or no show, the down payment defined on the signed/approved reservation form will not be refunded, not even in part.
